I've had my eBay account for about 5-7 months now. I've made a business seller account, let that run for a week, got an email that eBay needed to verify my information before I could sell. I submit everything and it's all okay and I'm back to being able to sell again, in good standing with eBay.
This is my only account and I'm in the US, but I'm moving to Australia within a week and needed an Australian account as I needed an Australian bank for payouts on my US account, which you can't do.
So I contact eBay support, to which they were somewhat helpful and told me to create an AUS account. in her words "You need to create a new account and there you can provide your Australian address and then you can add your bank there."
I do this with my new Australian bank account, phone number, future AUS address etc.
Everything is fine and 3 minutes later I become permanently suspended?? For no reason whatsoever on my new AUS account, not this one (US), this account is still in good standing.
I contacted about 5-6 different eBay staff and they all said the same regurgitated text of "your account has shown risks against the eBay community, we cannot appeal this decision any further" and then they rudely hang-up on me. What risks does this account have?
So far it feels like eBay support doesn't even read my situation or what I have to say. They do not even tell me what I can do to resolve these "risks"
would anyone know how to reach support or know what I should do?
