You sold and delivered 2 items berween 6 months and a year ago.
Then you sold 6 items on March 25th, and each listing says the listing was ended by the seller because the item is no longer available. That earned you 6 defects. that alone is enough to get you banned permanently.
Your item location says Sri Lanka yet you say in your description the items will be shipped by China Post. That's another policy violation for misrepresenting the item location.
Then you say payment is by PayPal only. You're not supposed to tell the buyer you only accept PayPal. eBay puts the accepted payment methods in the listing. Buyers can pay with debit and credit cards, Mastercard and Visa, and they can pay with Discover, American Express, GooglePay, ApplePay, PayPal, PayPal Credit and Spendable Funds.
And you're dropshipping from the Counterfeit Capitol of the World. That means that Disney doll is more than likely counterfeit. Dropshipping is usually the kiss of death for a new seller. If your dropshipper shows it's out of stock when you get a sale that's a defect!
I'm sorry but eBay is not going to reinstate your seller account. eBay doesn't excuse sickness. They want the show to go on with or without you.
Smart sellers plan in advance to have someone run their business if they get sick.
