What is up with "Performance Standards" and it cost me a penalty commission for each sale?
During Covid several items were not delivered and buyers received their purchase cost back. That's
quite a while ago, last year and first months of this year.
Things have been running smoothly. When does this "go away?" It's a tremendous hit to the bottom line and it seems that eBay is taking advantage of a national postal delivery problem.
