Hi, I know for a fact that each time I have a remorse return request from a buyer, eBay has always sent me a notice to agree or disagree. Even after this 2017 link on how it MAY work. For clothing, I want the option to approve it, receive it, look it over to be sure came back to me in the condition sent, AND if I don't want it back, be able to tell the buyer they can keep it. Then think about approving it if all that criteria is met. I know I am not crazy, but a few ago on this Board an eBay employee and a seasoned poster published that we, who have NOT opted into the automatic in preferences, have the ability to approve or disapprove before eBay tells the buyer to return the item.

Bolded - Exactly. In fact, by the time I was notified, the return already had a tracking # and was on it's way.

Many sellers fly the returns banner, but don't want to take returns for any reason.

Some categories do still allow a 14 day return policy.
