Sick and tired of people ordering something and then saying it doesn't fit or isn't the one they needed and then wanting to return for refund. I am very specific about how I describe my items and provide plenty of pictures from every angle showing exactly what they are getting. Some people argue that the item description is wrong when it is described very accurately. The pictures back up my description but it seems like they don't want to admit they either didn't look at the photos, read the description, or just ordered it hoping it would fit their needs. eBay just automatically approves the return without even giving us sellers an opportunity to discuss the issue with the buyer. I would 100% approve a return with full refund if it's my fault but the latest guy was making all sorts of accusations that I described it wrong when it wasn't. What I do with people like that is let them know I will accept the return but won't refund any shipping expenses to and from the buyer. After that, I go to my block list and block them from ever purchasing from me again. At least I won't have to deal with that person again.
