Paypal keeps asking me to change password

Paypal keeps asking me to change my password. Then I successfully change it and when prompted to login again it kicks me to the same "need to change your password" page. Is anyone else getting this??

Try clearing your cookies. I had a problem on another site that it kept asking for my password and not accepting it. Didn't matter if I put it in 100 times, I couldn't read or reply to my messages. I cleared the cookies and everything worked fine.

Are you doing this while using a VPN?   If so, that's the problem.

I tried clearing cookies and even used a different computer workstation. Same thing.

I do have VPN service but don't use it when logging into ebay/paypal. I just had to call Paypal (looked up their number in google since I wasn't able to get into any Paypal pages because of the PW prompt). Surprisingly I got a rep quickly despite all their "long wait times" warnings. Rep said there was some security block linked to my account but couldn't specifically tell me what it was. She removed it and I'm able to log in now.

I'd rather have that than the one I sometimes get which claims as they "recognize me on this device" I no longer need to actually log in.

If I wanted to not have to use a password I'd set it up that way TYVM and get out of my business.
