Buyer purchased $70 item (toy) on 4/13/20
Printed Ebay label and shipped via USPS Priority Mail on 4/14/20
USPS Delivery Confirmation marked as Delivered to buyer on 4/16/20
Buyer opens Paypal Unauthorized Use Chargeback on 4/30/20
Paypal sent me an Email stating "Our records show tracking information is available for this transaction. We will review this as soon as possible."
Case is currently under review by Paypal
My question is do I need to do anything at this point to make sure I am covered by Paypal and don't lose the money? I don't see anywhere in the case or Paypal's Resolution Center that wants me to submit anything (tracking number, etc). Just says "Under Review". Any help would be greatly appreciated since I can't remember the last time I had one of these Paypal cases for Unauthorized Use Chargeback.

You shouldn't need to do anything since they already have the tracking number. When I had an unauthorized chargeback a few months ago, I got the same message from them and eventually they told me that I would be keeping the money for the transaction.

Your tracking number proves you shipped the item, with an unauthorized transaction complaint, you dont even have to prove it was delivered.

In the case, add the tracking number and copy and paste the tracking history.
Don't depend on their bot reviewing the tracking.

To be concise, what we know is that cardholder filed the UA.
We don't know if cardholder was buyer.

When I had a CC number swiped, some legit purchases were held while they investigated the fraudulent ones. When I went through the legit purchases with the fraud dept and signed the affidavit, they released the funds to these merchants. I suspect that's what happened to the several 'unauthorized chargebacks' I've had from Paypal - they were all settled and I was paid (I don't have that many, it was just over a 16-17 year period).

Lol! I haven't been very active on these boards in ages but it is always nice to see someone who remembers all the UA chargebacks I dealt with when I was volume selling!
To answer the OP, unless PayPal has changed their user agreement, all that is required for an unauthorized chargeback (UA) is PROOF of shipment to the address on the PayPal invoice. Of course the transaction needs to be deemed "eligible" for seller protection but because of a partnership eBay has with PayPal, all PayPal funded eBay transactions are (this only comes into play if you sell internationally off of eBay).
In many instances, to expedite the ruling in my favor, and to take the roulette wheel away from PayPal I would call in, after uploading my USPS label receipt into the case details on PayPal, and have them release the funds.
Because I was facing so many of these chargebacks, I got into the habit of always stapling my USPS label receipt (the extra bit of information that prints with your shipping label when you use eBay's interface) to my PayPal invoice (I kept and filed these for my records/tax reasons).
PayPal can then see that tracking number, as well as the destination address (it is included with the receipt). As someone else mentioned the package does NOT need to show delivered, but it can NOT show as having been returned to you or in transit back to you. Per the wording of the policy, you should even win in instances where tracking doesn't show delivered (i.e. First Class International that stops updating).
Now, you may or may not be hit with a $20 chargeback resolution fee. This is the penance you pay PayPal for working so diligently on your behalf---as they claim they have their reps battle against the credit cards companies for you but honestly I wouldn't be surprised if it's all automated.
I can't remember what it's called, (i've had an eBay account since 1999) but at one point their was some sort of verification or enrollment program with eBay or PayPal that allowed you to be eligible for reimbursement of all chargeback settlement fees. I'm not sure if they're still charging them (my guess is they are---I mean we are talking about PayPal after all) but I have heard stories about people getting them refunded as a one time courtesy.
But long story short OP, if you shipped to the address on the PayPal invoice and can prove it you are covered per policy. Often times you aren't required to prove it, but be prepared to.

If the claim is in the sellers favor, which is what happens as long as they have shipping confirmation to the payment address, there is no $20 fee.

That's the thing, there isn't anywhere to add anything into the case, literally no links or buttons to do this function. I can't add anything to it. All I got was an email saying that Paypal can see that there is a tracking number and that is it.
Here is what I see: when I click the link to the Resolution Center from Paypal's website it shows the open case with these headings: "Response Required (0), Under Review (1), Awaiting Other Party's Response (0), Messages From Buyers (0)". Then underneath that is the case information. Under the "Status" heading it says "Under Review". The only thing with a clickable clink is under the "Action" heading where it says "View". So I click on "View" and it brings up this message "We’re reviewing your case and will get back to you soon." along with the case details. There isn't anywhere to add any tracking number or any other details concerning this case. The only clickable link there is "View Case History" which just brings up a timeline stating that it is "Under Review" with no options to add anything to the case. Am I missing something?

I'm sure that in the past if they needed me to enter a tracking number there was a place to do so.
In the last situation there already was a tracking number visible to PP so no place to enter one but like you, I was concerned so I phoned PP and they assured me that there was nothing else that I needed to do. The only information they need is a tracking number showing shipment to the payment zip code...they have stated they already have the tracking number so there is no need to post it again.
But you can probably email them if you are concerned.
