I"ve receiving payouts for years weekly with no problem. Received a payout last Tuesday. Thursday i get a red banner saying my account cant be verified, update account. i choose the fast way by logging into my bank. My bank not on list, i use routing # and save with no log in page. Hit log in and the choose your bank page pops back up. I"m now in the circle of death! I get a email confirming updated info,,, but i still got the banner telling me to update. i never signed in so i know the email is wrong and i decide to call. the guy says no, your right it didnt and i need to try again, maybe try clearing my cache,,, if that doesnt work do the micro deposits... and the banner will disappear and you"ll know the update is in motion. I do the micro
[s, the banner is still here. I call again and the 2nd guy says the banner wont disappear, just wait for the deposits and rehit the banner and add the #'s... I"m left wondering if after I wait the 4 days and no #'s arrive because the first guy was right, am i in another circle of death and if this is happening to others?

It has been awhile but last time I did the verification you do have to wait for the micro deposits and verify both. I don't recall if the deposits were dependant on business days, but it can take up to 5 BUSINESS days for the banner to disappear.

I had a similar incident occur a couple years ago.
It turned out that my credit card on file had expired and I just needed to update the new expiration date.

It doesn't sound like it's responding correctly, so I wouldn't just keep waiting for the microdeposits.
Can you remove your existing payout account and start fresh? I actually don't know if it will let you or not, but see if it will.
Have you tried it in another browser, or in a Private Browsing window? What you're describing could be an issue with the site data or cookies stored in your browser.
