Payout

I have been selling things on eBay for several years, with the main goal of making money to fund an education fund for some kids.   I have had payment holds for various reasons in the past, but all have been cleared.  The problem is, that I haven't received any payouts since January 18, even though I have received numerous notices of purchases and payments made.

Probably something to do with the new payment / verification thing, I believe you need to link a payment source or your bank account to the Adyen etc....

All sellers are required to enroll in Managed Payments (that is how you get paid).   You need to provide your checking account (ROUTING# only) and your social security# (for tax purposes).   Name on your EBAY account, checking account and social security card must be EXACT MATCH (or your application may be denied).

When you sell an item....EBAY immediately deducts selling fees + shipping (balance is deposited into your checking account 3-5 days AFTER sale.    Because you are a returning seller....you would be treated like a new seller and have 30 day hold on your money.

I just checked and everything is as it should be but still no payout.  I have my debit card set up for normal payments with my bank account for fallback as required.

I may be mistaken, but I believe your "normal" payments are required to transfer to a bank account, and the debit card should be the "backup funding source".....

Did you sign on for managed payments? There is no more Paypal for payments.

Have you checked your Summary Page for your MP account?  There you should find all kinds of information.  Keep in mind when you are in the screen, scroll down as there is more info below just what you see when you enter.  Once you review this, come back and tell us what you see.  There will be a spot for money on hold as well as cleared funds.

You should also take a look at Payouts sent in this link below.  FYI, you should never wait 4 months before researching why you aren't receiving your money as there could be significant problems that need your attention.

It shows no payouts for 90.  It didn't have a method set up for payments to eBay and others so I set it back to my debit card which is where it had been.  Now I'll just wait and see.  Thank you.

You have to attach your checking account, not the debit card.  Routing number and checking account number.  I'll give you a link below.  Some will be stuff you know, but go over it carefully as clearly you missed some important steps.

Please review the below link carefully. It contains very important information as to how Ebay needs to see the information you provide them on your account. It is likely easier to change your Ebay account to match your bank account if you find there to be a difference.

I see that, actually it is 17 now.  However none of those buyers have left you any feedback yet.  Read through these links for a better explanation and what you might do to check with Ebay on the status.

Ebay has had a rule for many years that pertains to New Seller and sellers that have been away from selling for 90+ days. The following is the policy that outlines why you money is likely on hold.

***********************************************************************

On each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service at the top of the page and again at the bottom of the page.

I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.

Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service. Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is. Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

https://twitter.com/askebay

https://www.facebook.com/eBay/

https://www.instagram.com/ebayforsellers/

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.

If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.

If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.
