eBay is holding funds on 2 items I sold, total amount is $2066, customer already picked up in my warehouse, customer already gave me the QR code to enter and confirm he picked up,

eBay will hold my fund for 2 weeks just because I didn’t have any transactions for the last 12 months, unbelievable, not fair, no reason to keep my money for that long, customer already confirmed he received the goods, spoke to 6 different people on eBay to release the fund but no luck, they will hold.

I cancel 1 sold order because the customer is from another country and I don’t want to take a change of this person make any kinda of complain and I won’t have a away to get the item back, also I cancel all my listem on eBay.

I’ll do my business somewhere else as always I did.

Since buyer did an electronic payment; it can be reversed. Ebay has a 30 day money back guarantee and they don't want to pay it for you, so they hold to be sure the buyer doesn't utilize that 30 day.

Ebay has a Money back guarantee that sellers must honor. 

New or infrequent sellers will experience transaction holds while learning best selling practices. This helps sellers become established and build a strong selling history on eBay. New sellers typically experience holds for up to 14 days, although sometimes it may be longer.  

My guess is since you are an experienced seller, they won't hold it the entire 30 days.  Ebay just wants to make sure the customer is happy with their purchase. I'm sure they were.

I would not give up. We all been through this 30+ days of money on hold. The more you sell the easier it is to get the funds. You are already established here. Why go through all the trouble of going somewhere else and going through all the headache of starting on a new platform.
