I am selling products from Turkey. I use payoneer as the method of receiving payment. I want to create a seller account and define payoneer. How can I do this? Thanks

Payoneer is not an acceptable payment method on ebay.com.

Payoneer is only available to countries where Adyen are not registered, you can not simply use Payoneer it has to be offered to you by eBay as with Adyen in other countries.

AFAIK they have not begun the Payoneer roll out in countries other than Greece and China yet.

They have worked out a deal with China and hope to expand to other countries this year. It's still not an acceptable payment method on ebay.com. Try other eBay sites.
