Hello I sold sneakers and was paid $57. I only see 21 now. The buyer paid for shipping so why do I only have this amount?

The buyer paid for shipping, and YOU received that money for the shipping in order to purchase a label to send it to the buyer. Then when you purchase that label, the money goes away.
