Payments Tab in Seller Hub

I've been approved for managed payments as of yesterday. I'm trying to select my payout time in seller hub, but having no luck. I click the payments tab, and click payout settings, and nothing is happening. Do I need a balance in my checking account before this tab will allow you to make a settings choice?

What do you mean - nothing is happening?

Is it a blank page?

I set up 6 accounts in late November.

After opting in, as I recall it took anywhere from 1 to 4 hours before I could access the Managed Payments settings.

Do you see "change" beside the Payout settings? If not then your account isn't completely set up yet so you will have to wait until it is. If the "change" link is there but not active then it's the same deal.

There are 4 settings you can change, 3 of them should have an "edit" link, one (payouts) has a "change" link. If you don't have that stuff showing......see above.

No. Nothing shows up yet, and money is still going into pay-pal, so they must be still setting me up. They verified my bank account via microdeposits in and out of the account a few days ago.  I get a message in seller hub when I click the payments tab, that says I'm registered for MP's. I'm able to still revise and add listings even though in Feb, Ebay said I would not be able to keep doing these things. I'm assuming since I'm registered, they are cutting me some slack.

I get the same page for all 5 options. It says I'm registered for managed payments, and then goes on to explain the transition, without giving me any options to edit anything. I'm thinking that i'm registered for the payments, but not yet activated? It's been a week so far. How long does this all take?

It took me less than 5 minutes.

I’m guessing it has something to do with coins. Coins was a restricted category for MP.  It still may be for some, because I think they are rolling in coin sellers.
I don’t know where that stands, because of these “improved” boards.

You are correct! I received an email today from ebay dictating my activation in approx. 2 weeks from today. I'm finding ebay is not doing a great job of laying this all out for people.  I felt threatened that my selling would be shut down, that i may incur extra charges if I signed up for MP and was part of the restricted category's such as the one that I registered for due to the fact of all of the emails that ebay was sending me about every week. But that pressure is subdued to the email I received today. Coins and paper money has been restricted, but ebay emails were still reaching me with the threatening future of my selling, without ever mentioning what the date of activation would actually be, so how was I supposed to know what was going on. I feel this is very poor planning on their part. Anyhow, thanks for you replies!! 🙂

Glad you have a chance to breathe now!

Hope it all works out for you and others dealing with the non transparency. Unfortunately seems to be the way of many. 😞

Good Luck on your sales!
