You sold some items this week for the first time in more than a year. That means, despite past selling history, you are classified by eBay as a new / infrequent seller. That also means you are subject to payment holds, typically anywhere from 15-30 days. Read more here:

After the Hold is removed, and you can ask every 30 days even if you haven't met the requirements, the default is a Tuesday payout.
So if you are paid on Monday, your money is transferred the next day. If you are paid on Wednesday, you get paid the next week.
Once you are settled in to selling regularly, you can think of it as a weekly paycheck.
But that's the default.
You can also opt for daily payouts, popular with very busy sellers, and monthly payouts for those who.... actually I have no idea who would want that.
Your reason for asking the Hold to be raised is that you have been a consistent seller in the past. If you stopped selling because of problems with Claims or Feedback, don't try this. The rep (use the ones on social media, the phone reps have almost no authority) will have time to consider your request.
