I sold two items last Sunday and have been in contact with both buyers ever since they won the items. Both buyers say they’ve paid me and they are willing to wait for me to receive payment, but my seller dashboard says the payments are pending. I cannot get a human when calling eBay. I’ve opened unpaid buyer tickets for each item to hopefully get the attention of eBay to help me fix this and get my payment but nothing is changing and I haven’t even gotten a message from eBay explaining why my payments are held. I called PayPal and PayPal says they have no sign of incoming payments from eBay. I don’t understand why these buyers can’t pay me so I can ship their items. My eBay isn’t locked, I just listed an item today and it’s listed. What’s going on?

but my seller dashboard says the payments are pending.
If you are accepting PayPal and not in managed payments, take a look at the listings in question. PRETEND you are going to relist, and scroll down to the payments section. Look at the email address populated in the box under the c.card logos. Check it carefully for accuracy. It not correct, that is where your payment went. If that is the issue, and it is an email you control or can access, you can add it to your PayPal account and the payments will appear.
Other reasons that a paypal payment may be pending, may be that the buyer paid with an e-check. That, of course would be documented in your PayPal account when you log in.
If you are in Managed Payments, there will be nothing in your PayPal account, and "pending" has a whole different meaning.

Another possibility (and my guess) is that the items weren't really paid for but the buyers marked their own ebay as "payment sent." It shows in the seller's account as pending. (Scammers have been known to do this. They even sometimes send an authentic-looking notice that appears to come from Paypal saying payment was made and you'll get the money when you ship. If that happens, you'll lose the item and get no money.)
My suggestion is to close the non-payment dispute when you can. Since the buyers didn't pay (and there's no record of it), they can't leave feedback and if they do, you can get it removed.

Ebay considers you a new seller. For new sellers payments are held. Below is some information you should read. You can check your PP account. You will likely see that the buyers have actually paid, you just can't access the money just yet per the policies of Ebay.
If you print your shipping labels through Ebay, you can have that cost taken from the payments that are on hold.
You need to ship your items within your stated handling time. If you hold off on that, you not only lengthen the time that PP will hold the money, but you also will get defects for late shipments which will further harm the health of your selling account.

It is actually highly likely the buyers have paid and all of this is due to the seller being considered a new seller so Ebay is having PP hold the funds.
Not everything is a "scam" and without all the details we can tend to make accusations that don't end up being accurate at all.

So when I click relist it lists my new PayPal account. My eBay has my old email address. I just changed my email from a gmail to an outlook address. I think I also created a new eBay with my new email address. For whatever reason, when I try to set my eBay to send my payments to my new PayPal, it says the Email is already in use... even though I can buy on eBay from this old eBay account with my new PayPal account hooked up to my new outlook email. So what do I have to do to get these payments to go through? I think the problem is that I’ve got 2 eBay accounts and 2 PayPal accounts.

Any 1 email can only be attached to 1 paypal account at a time so if you want to add an email to a different pp account you must remove it from your other pp account

I thought it was because I had payments from PayPal going to my new PayPal address, but my eBay is created with my old Email, which I also have a PayPal connected to. Is it because I sent something out late? I don’t think I’ve sent anything out late? And I’ve used this eBay account since like... the early 2000’s?

Ebay accounts must have a unique email address. To set up a new account you can use the same name and address on the new account, but the email address must be different from your other account or accounts.
In PP, you can have one PP account that has multiple email addresses attached to it.

You need to go to your Site Preferences and verify what email address you have set up in your Registered information.
Then check in your Site Preferences what email address you have set up to be for your PP account. These two addresses do not have to be the same.
Then check your listings. For any active listings you had when you changed your PP email account address, none of those active listings updated. You have to do that one by one.
And be careful if you relist or sell similar an older listing as you will want to make sure the email address is correct.

Your EBAY email address does not have to be the same as your Paypal email address. None of mine are.
The email that you get paid to is the email address in the listing.
Have you logged directly into Paypal to see if you have been paid? Held payments are visible, you just can't access the funds. If you check Paypal and you do NOT see the payment, and your email address IN THE LISTING is correct, then you have NOT been paid.

Ok so I’m thinking it is either that eBay is holding because it’s saying I waited too long to ship something or idk? Maybe my new PayPal has the payment but I need to confirm?

OK so my new PayPal has no pending payments. My old PayPal says a payment is pending for the camera that I just sent out. I guess PayPal is waiting for it to arrive before they pay me? But the two items I sold last Sunday are not listed as pending on neither my old PayPal, nor my new PayPal.

The $400 camera? Please tell me you didn't reply to someone wanting you to text or email them...
If you had actually been paid, you would see the transaction in your Paypal account.

The $400 camera is pending delivery it says. But I also sold a fitbit and a film Camera the same day. The Fitbit payment says “payment processing” in my eBay dashboard, and the film Camera says “payment pending” in my eBay dashboard. Neither of my two PayPal accounts have either payment listed as processing or pending and I even called and got someone at PayPal and he said there’s no payments processing or pending. eBay customer service is a mess and I’ve been trying to figure out how to contact them for the last week about this but I can’t find a number that gets me to a human. These buyers are going to wind up canceling their orders even though they’ve been patient so far, and I don’t know how to avoid that. I keep losing money due to eBay policy. This camera sold for 500 last time but the buyer returned it and now this time I only made 400 and it’s a $600 Camera. Now The Fitbit sold for a good price and I’m going to lose the sale if I can’t get eBay to fix this pending payment thing.
