I accepted a best offer yesterday and usually the payment goes through within a few minutes, this time however it's been 12 hours and it is still sitting under awaiting payments and says "payment processing". The item has also been removed from my active listings, which if I am not mistaken only happens if the item has been paid for. Any ideas on why the payment hasn't been processed and what, if anything, should I do now?
Yes, I have the box checked for the buyer to submit payment information before submitting an offer.
Item was a BIN with Or Best Offer and had a fixed shipping cost.
If anyone else has experienced this, how was your issue resolved? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
