I sold an item August 29th, but since I was a new seller it said I wouldn’t be able to get the payout until September 14th. It is now October 7th and the money has yet to be added to my account. What do I do?

It's usually 30 days or more. I don't know who told you 2 weeks.
If you haven't sold anything in a month there is usually a hold for 30 days.

The last of your 'Sold' items show it was sold on August 21. Are you certain you've sold something since then?
