What is the best payment method ?

As a Buyer: Debit or credit card through the Paypal portal.

As a Seller: You can only receive funds via Payoneer.

There's no reason to be asking these stupid question, other then to boost your numbers, thinking it'll help you sell here, which it doesn't.

What is the best payment method?

Are you asking as a seller or a buyer? 

eBay places the different methods of payments that a buyer can pay with in your listing.  That's something you don't  have to worry about as a seller. The seller isn't allowed to say they prefer payment by a specific method.

The buyer chooses what method is best for them.
