Customer claims to received empty package

I sent a package to my customer and now she is issuing a refund stating parts missing , not as describe. When I contacted her she says package came in empty. She sent me pictures of the envelope. Saying it was empty .Do I have to give her a refund ?!

Seller Responsibility?

Once a seller mails an item with a tracking number, is he/she responsible for notifying the buyer, or does Ebay do that?

Entering Item specifics

If item specifics are going to be required and the item will not be able to be listed without them then there needs to be an "unknown" and "n/a" added to each item specifics. Sometimes that information is just not available and can't be listed.
