A buyer filed an eBay SNAD for an actual remorse reason (ebay agents agreed with this). I still accepted the request but the buyer never sent the item back and the request closed.
The buyer now filed a PayPal return case with a different reason (which is still a remorse reason) and I accepted the return. Is there a time limit for the buyer to return the item to me or will this case be open forever if the buyer hasn't sent the item back?
