It looks like there's a problem with this listing. PayPal email - The email address you entered isn't linked to a PayPal account. If you don't have a PayPal account, you'll need to set one up with this email address so that buyers can pay you.
This is the error message at the top of the page when trying to revise the payment email address on a listing.
Trying to change the paypal email address for the listings I have for sale.
Can't find anyone else with this issue.
The paypal account exists. Even sent $3 and received $2 in it. Even linked it on the "Paypal account" page in settings, but that is for buying. Yea it's a newer paypal with no other activity (registered in March), but its never been a problem before to switch out paypal email addresses to receive buyer's payments.
What is the problem here? When I plug in a known seller's established email address (that I've seen in my history after purchasing from them) no problem at all. . . Is there some new criteria or something, like a paypal account has to have a verified bank account on it, or has to be 8 months established before it can be put on an ebay listing?

If you are sure your address is correct and you are trying to list an item with Immediate Payment Required, try listing without that qualification. Some sellers have indicated that the IPR is causing listing issues lately for some accounts.

You absolutely fixed it.
I mean, sucks allowing flakes commit & not do checkout
But yes, this ongoing issue is now solved.
Unchecking Instant Payment Required now allows even a jibberish email address of kjsfhjsfdhsjkfdksjfdfsdh@whatever.com to be accepted and listings revised.

Check your PP account and make sure it is set up as a Business account. They type of PP account you have may be causing this issue.
