Pay Pal Security Checks
Hi,
Every time now, for the last 2 weeks when I log into my Pay Pal account a security check is asked of me.
It would not be so bad, except They are wrong with their answers to the photos.
A mailbox they call a parking meter, etc..
If I need to write Letters & #'s down, I can barely see what is what. I wear trifocals.
If I listen to them, it does not tell me capital letter or not.
Does someone out here know how I can stop this?
My account was never hacked, nothing strange ever happened to it.
Thank you & please be safe everyone!

Hi,
I faced that situation recently.
It doesn't matter how accurately you enter the characters in captcha, it always ended as a wrong answer.
Only solution I found is switch to PayPal mobile app.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.paypal.android.p2pmobile For android.
https://apps.apple.com/us/app/paypal-mobile-cash/id283646709 For Apple.
Adding fingerprint verification will add extra security layer and it'll prevent you from asking captcha.
Good luck.....

PayPal has an option for One Touch auto login which should bypass sign-in in your browser after you have signed in once. That may bypass the Captcha as well.
Go to your PayPal account, select the gear icon in the upper right to reach the Settings, and go to the Security tab and select Auto login to set that up. You can disable it in a particular browser or altogether at any time if you are concerned about security.

I'm getting that too from my desktop using the same IP address each time.
It's a bookmarked link and as soon as the "I am not a robot" screen appears, I simply click the bookmark again and PayPal logs me in.
