Partner Fee

I have a new entry on my monthly statement called Partner Fee.  I have never seen this before, what is it?  is money being taken from account for this, it sure looks like it.

Internet transaction sales tax which eBay is required by law to collect and submit to your state.

Currently on PP they are calling the deduction from the payment you received from a buyer that had sales tax on it a Partner Fee when they take it and give it to Ebay for remittance to the appropriate state.

PP has an announcement on one of their report pages that says they will be changing what they call this transaction.
