Buyer bought 2 items and did not check out properly.
He was overcharged for shipping.
I combined shipping, printed one label for both orders.
I would like to refund the buyer.
I used to know how to do it pre-managed payments.
How do you do it now?

Yea there's even a refund reason labeled as "shipping adjustment" or something like that.
