Two glasses were broken when a buyer received a package. I will reimburse her for the broken glasses. How do I do this with the funds going directly into my bank account. Can I take them out of funds in my PayPal account?

It's easy peasy. Find the order under your Orders tab in your Seller Hub. Use the blue drop-down menu to the left of the order and select 'Send Refund'. Enter the amount of the refund, confirm and submit.

You did confirm that that's ok with the buyer? Some buyers don't want a partial order and partial refund. They want the entire order ... if not then they want a full refund.
