Partial refund

Help.  I have been looking all over to see where to do a partial refund as she paid too much postage.  Thank you.

Find the order.

In the actions column there is a dropdown menu.

Click on the selection for Send Refund.

You can enter the amount and select how it is applied.

If you're using the app, like the poster above stated: go to orders.  See screenshots below:  once you get to the send refund section, you can enter an amount to refund and choose a reason.
