Partial refund

Within Ebay, how can a partial refund be made after a Request is opened? Buyer claims he did not receive one of the items ordered. The refund would not be made through PayPal.

You should issue the refund through the case, if a Return has been opened. (A partial refund can be issued from Seller Hub/Orders/Paid and shipped, using the drop-down menu... but you need to close the open case.) Good luck.

But, onlya full refund, not a partial, is possible until the case is dropped.
