I found a cheaper way of shipping after the sale.  How do I refund the customer the difference?

If you are already listing USPS Ground Advantage then no service change is a downgrade.

However with that said "downgrading" only matters if the package shows up late.

These days there is no reason to be listing anything as priority anymore.
