Tried to list an auction with this title
RARE Vtg 1928 DEALER Ad - WESTERN Shotgun Shell Expert Super X Cartridge Lubaloy
under Collectibles>Advertising>Other Collectible Ads
and it will not go through because of the firearms policy. It is a paper advertisement! Also tried it under many other categories.
However it would let me list it under Sporting Goods>Hunting>Vintage Hunting>Shell Boxes
It would also let me list it with these two titles
RARE Vtg 1928 DEALER Ad - WESTERN Shotgun Expert Super X Lubaloy
RARE Vtg 1928 DEALER Ad - WESTERN Shotgun Shells Expert Super X Lubaloy
Bottom line it will not accept Shotgun SHELL or CARTRIDGE, shotgun is ok and shells are ok. Seriously does this make any sense. Called the help line and that was a waste of time.

Their bots go by key words and it's never made any sense. They get "funny" around pew pews

Suspect the key word is 'cartidge'
listed a civil war ammo cartridge box. It got knocked off. They said I needed to clearly photograph interior of box with no ammo. Item dates from 1864.
