Paid orders not showing as "AWAITING SHIPMENT"

I was away for a week and had an away message and time away set. I sold several things and only 2 showed up yesterday when I went to do my shipping. This was out of 11. I was able to go around my normal MYEBAY>AWAITING SHIPMENT method and got to some BULK shipping page which I have never used. I have 2 orders left that I know of and cannot find them anywhere but in my messages. What has changed and how to I get back my normal method. Really frustrated!!

1) Go to your Managed Payments screen to verify that the customer has paid.

2) Your Awaiting Shipment screen is where you would normally create shipping labels.

3) Your All Sold screen also enables you to create shipping labels.
