Pages will not load or load very slow

I seem to get page errors a lot. Like this one - 

I have restarted my browser, cleaned the cache, and I restarted my computer. 

I have gotten the error in the pic at least 20 times today. ????

I am in the south central part of the U.S. 

I have been to hundreds of web pages today and the only errors I get are on Ebay.

I have gotten that same error message I posted earlier 5 more times since it was posted 15 minutes ago.

Sometimes I get errors when using a particular browser. Have you tried a different browser?

I have used Firefox, MSEdge and Chrome. I will not use IE.

I prefer MSEdge because it has all my links, Ebay related bookmarks and quick access pages set up the way I want them. I don't really want to switch browsers all the time.

The pages should load. They do on all the other sites I have been to lately.
