Anyone else running into an issue cancelling an order? We've got two customers who asked us to cancel their orders but when we click the cancel order in the drop down it just goes to the "we looked everywhere" error page. Tried it on two different computers since last night. If we go into order details and grab the drop down from there it does take us to the cancellation page but when we click to refund buyer we're right back at the error page and it doesn't show the refund went through.

So - got the cancellation thing to work by going through the help pages which then has a bit on cancelling a transaction which then takes you take a page showing a graphical layout of all your previous sales to choose the order from which is one I've never seen. Totally different interface than the normal cancel menu but it seems to be working so I'll guess that's going in the bookmarks. Weird weird weird.

We're having the same issue. But using the graphical cancel option is unrealistic for us since we sell thousands of items and don't have the time to go through them 2 or 3 at a time until we find the correct one. Ebay just needs to fix the issue so canceling items, buyer initiated and requested, is a smooth process again.

Yea - I ran into that problem too. We sell so many things that it took quite a few tries to even find the correct one to cancel. Unfortunately if the buyer initiated the cancellation instead of just emailing the request the graphical interface still errors out once you find the right order. fml

Has the order been paid for? I had one where the "cancel" didn't work so I clicked on "issue refund" and it asked why I was cancelling the order.
In other words - they changed the CANCEL link to REFUND.
Looks like the same thing.

Yes, I am having the same problem here,
Perhaps eBay will now start working on this issue.

Hey!
Can you please share the link to the page for cancelling the order?

From your seller hub:
Top right, click on: “sellers help”
Go to bottom of page…click on: Need more help?
Click on: Cancel a transaction
On this page…you will see all your recent transactions

It is interesting to note that for a buyer, the terminology is "cancel an order" but for a seller it is "cancel a transaction"

I'm having the same problem. Has happened twice this week. Tried two different browsers, trying clearing my cache/cookies, nothing helped.
I'll try doing it the roundabout way again - that's what I had to do the other day as well.

You may still run into an issue with this path if the buyer has started a cancellation request (it still was giving me an error message at least). I finally figured this might be a cookie issue so I used an incognito window (in Chrome), logged back in and went to the same page and it now worked.
