Packing list

Can't print packing list for the last 3 days. Are both programmers off on a holiday? When did 24 hour technical service stop (not in my day)?

I've been printing packing slips from Paid and Shipped orders without an issue. 

I'm on desktop using Edge browser.

@hobbystuff99   Go to your orders tab, click on the drop-down next to "get shipping label" and click on "print packing slip and more" - your packing slip will come up. You can customize it and then print.

I never saw an announcement of this anywhere .

The announcement of the problem itself is the first item in the Current and Resolved Technical Issues posting:

However, that only announces the problem, not the known-good workarounds. I suggested adding those in a separate post in the Technical Issues group (below), as the announcement itself is locked against replies from others:

...although by that time devon@ebay had already taken off for the weekend, so I don't think we're going to see much progress on any of this before tomorrow at the earliest.

@a_c_green   Announcement that the former way had been deprecated and there's a new path to create an invoice, because I think that is what has happened - comms here isn't that great.

I'm sorry, I'm afraid you lost me here... Did you mean to include a link to something? The packing slip problem would not be affected by an invoice process; it's an issue with the Shipping label page, which only comes into play after the invoice has been paid.

Same, only with Firefox instead of Edge. I haven't had any issues at all.

The problem I had was printing them from the actual shipping label. It's only recently that I haven't been able to do that, fiddled around and found the link in the drop-down - I had not seen that in a while (printing from the label page was my work-around for that link going missing, even though I don't use eBay labels). I print the packing slip before I ship because I use it to pull items, so haven't seen the paid-and-shipped option.

It's good to remember that eBay rolls out various "experiences" for various cohorts, but at any rate I'm finding the drop-down option easier than my old clunky work-around.
