Anyone else have a package fall off the face of the earth at the Louisville sortation center? A priority mail package arrived on Jan 4th and has been there since. USPS was zero help and just closed my package search request. Buyer is starting to get impatient, not sure what to tell them. It was a relatively large and heavy box and I use good quality 4x6 thermal label paper so I’m fairly sure it isn’t lost or had its label fall off.
Not sure where your buyer is located or what the item was but your tracking information shows a couple of weather delays although those were some time ago. Best you can do is to keep in touch with your buyer regarding the tracking information and the delays. You mailed the item on 4 January so you can open an insurance claims with USPS on 20 January, based on the following timeline. Advise your buyer once you have done so.
