A while back, this option disappeared when I was trying to sell some singles between $10-20. It eventually returned, but now it's gone again.

Are you sure you're listing in an eligible category? If so, then try entering dimensions of 11x6x0.25.

I'm listing under CCG Individual Cards.
It looks like inputting those dimensions made the option appear again. Thanks!
