Are you asking how to include a PDF in a listing?

Are you asking how to attach a PDF to a message?

Are you asking how to add a PDF to a dispute?

Are you asking how to send one to customer support?

I want to include a PDF in my listings so buyers can download my ring sizing chart.

It would be better to put the chart itself as one of your images.

Sizing charts are nice but your customers are not going to want to download a PDF file just to see it.

Why wouldn't it maintain the ring size?  I'm in agreement with inhawaii.  Just make it one of your images (highest probability of being seen) or build the size chart into your description?

Thanks but only a PDF will maintain the many ring sizes on my chart. Tried pictures it does not work.

I should not have to download your files onto my computer in order to buy something from you.  Back arrow  would be my reaction and the reaction of others, I'm pretty sure.

Yes, I know that .pdf files are generally  safe (although not 100% so), but I don't want to have to put unnecessary files on my computer just to buy something I don't need, anyhow.    

Anyhow, I know my ring size.  Most people do.

It's something you may care to think about.

We're not allowed to include downloadable files in a listing. If the ring size chart doesn't fit in one photo, then make as many photos as needed.

It is still not allowed.  We can include text, images, and videos, but not PDF or other files.
