AFTER UPDATING MY BANK ACCOUNT APROX. 18 TIMES I STILL GOT THE MESSAGE TO UPDATE MY BANK ACCOUNT??

Ok, do you have a specific question for the volunteers here on the message board who actually don't work for ebay?
While your post is interesting there seem to many holes in this Swiss story.
That's all I have. Given the long history of tax evasion hidden in Swiss bank accounts there is no doubt in my mind that the U.S. government will be pay special attention to sellers based in Switzerland.
Apparently the Canadian authorities are starting to contact their ebay sellers about selling across the border to U.S. consumers with impunity. Something about a W-BEN form and more than 150 sales transactions.
