Out of stock item was deleted without warning?

Hi, I'm, not sure if this is what is meant to happen or if anyone can help me but i had a few items on ebay that have been sold and out of stock. They were still active on my listings tab a few months ago but i was about to re order some today (have been busy with other jobs haven't had time to re order and stock)  and went to update them but it seems ebay has deleted them so now i have lost my qty sold, feedback on them, page views and the listing etc.

Is this normal and if it is then how long do you have to restock an item before ebay deletes it.

Thanks,
Darcy

As I understand it if they are up for 3 complete cycles (minimum 90 days) with 0 stock they may be ended, I assume that means going into Unsold but I don't know.

Re: Out of stock item was deleted without warning?

The warning is in the policy pages about how the out of stock feature works.

https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/listings/listing-tips/bulk-listings?id=4160

If your listing has a quantity of 0 for the entire 30-day billing period for 3 consecutive 30-day billing periods, we end it.

The listings do not move to unsold because there is no stock. The listing will often expire since it was more than 90 days since the last sale. Sometimes listings stick around longer. If you have the listing number you can go directly to the listing page to see if it's still available and copy it.
