The reason that a buyer gives me for wanting to cancel a transaction would not matter to me.

On this platform, fraudulent INADs can be used to steal items and subsequent purchases can be used to damage sellers. 

Thus I would never try to force a buyer to purchase an item he has clearly indicated that he does not want to purchase.

Yep, just had one of those the other day. "I'm sorry, I bought the wrong character, can I please cancel?"
