Hello,
I have a buyer saying that they did not recieve the item I shipped them in April on the 12th.
From Buyer- "I was looking at my purchases and I never got these stickers. I forgot about them until I went through my purchases."
How would you handle a order that is over 5 months old ?

Looking at what you sell I would just grab another sticker off the stack and send them another one and then block them.

Not sure why you are asking, seems straightforward to me. Did you shipped the item? If no, this is on you, best to refund. If you did, what does tracking say? If delivered, submit all tracking details to buyers. If not delivered, its a bit late for buyer to submit a claim through eBay, but they can submit claim through PayPal or credit card.

The buyer order 2 sets of this particular design and we custom print everything to order. My thought was seriously 5months later. Thank you for the suggestion.

I would politely tell the buyer that at this late point in time there is nothing you can do.

Fraud! I would send them nothing. The tracking is void at this point, the buyer is scamming trash, block and report. It doesn't take 5 months to figure out you didn't receive something, ridiculous.

@genxgraphic It's really on the buyer to be paying attention when they order custom merchandise - nothing you can do at this point since it's not like you have 'another one' to ship out (if you had wanted to).

Do not interact with them. Block them and move on. Sounds like a scam to get some free goodies.
