Options for syncing listings to a webstore automatically.

What are some platform/API options for automatically creating a new product listing on a web store (GoDaddy preferred but will consider Squarespace etc) every time I list a new item on eBay and for importing existing listings to a webstore? How do people create those Affiliate Marketing stores that essentially mirror eBay?

You can download  a file from eBay that lists everything you have for sale, then you would have to upload that to your website and repost the items. So you would need a way to connect to your eBay account from the website and download the file to the server. So maybe web hosting with ftp service. I'm not sure the options for connecting to eBay data file so  you would have to look into that.
