Id just like to recommend to all sellers to opt out of the GSP, as it just increases shipping costs and doesnt guarantee delivery
ive seen enough people making complaints about undelivered packages or them being delivered to wrong addresses and by often it leaves buyer or seller out of pocket depending how the claims go
i myself just spent 300 on some warhammer items, seller shipped to GSP, then GSP didnt send it to my primary ebay address, or the secondary addresses on ebay, but an address apparently at random from my paypal which was in an entirely different country, and then got the street number wrong, my friend on that street went to ask the guy at that address and he claims he didnt get anything
so now i have to open a claim and the seller and myself have to state we did our parts right and its GSP's fault for the wrong delivery, but given all the complaints about GSP ive read, i dont see any guarantee of resolution
so i say its better for sellers to opt out of GSP and post normally because generally post offices do hold some accountability for packages they lose while GSP dont really seem to

Once a seller delivers to the GSP facility.........his delivery responsibility is over...... GSP assumes all responsibility of getting the item to the address the buyer has chosen when he purchases.... THEY will do refunding for non delivery and sellers should NOT refund.......

Justt think if your seller hadn't been opted into GSP you could have just filed a INR dispute and recovered all your money and seller would have been out. Everyone should all just opt out,but me its the best program thats come down the pike in a long time and I'm staying....

GSP just picked a random address out of the air in a different country, but you asked your buddy that lives on the same street to go check at that address and see if your package was there? I was borned at night, but not last night.....
