I sold some things in the early 2000s and now and then over the years. I want to start selling again now that I am working part time. All my prior feedback is archived and shows the number but not if it was positive or negative. I worked hard for my 200 plus positive feedback! Once I start listing again will that feedback reappear or has eBay archived it forever? If so I am tempted to start over on one of the newer auction sites! Also, I don’t see a way to message eBay about this. This makes me leery as a seller if there’s a major issue if communicating to them going to be impossible?

You have 201 feedback but nothing recent which is why your feedback percentage is zero. Feedback percentage is calculated over the past 12 months you had zero feedback in the past 12 months. Just click the i with a circle around it and you’ll see this…. Pictured is a screenshot from your feedback profile.

I don't understand your comment.
You have received 240 feedbacks on your @carolinacotons account and they are all there for anyone to see.

I can see many pages of positive feedback and comments on your profile so I'm not sure what you mean by archived.
When you receive a positive feedback your percentage will be 100% (the percentage is only calculated on feedbacks from the last year. That's why it's at 0% now.)

@slippinjimmy I think the OP is referring to the percentage hers is 0% because she hasn’t received any feedback in the last 12 months.
