Oh my Gosh! I have the buy box on Google!

I just checked on one of my eBay listings on Google, ISBN 9781479141067 and I have the first buy box! Right on top. So eBay is doing something right. This does not happen to me very often. Thank you eBay. It cheers me up a little some how.

That's true, it might not sell. But so what, it's in the buy box. And I only get returns once in a blue moon.

There is no correlation, it only shows on Google at all is someone specifically searches for it and even then it might not appear.

I hate to burst bubbles but when I Google than ISBN (regular search) there is an Amazon listing at the top, Number 2 is this thread! then I see Alibris, Abe, Bookfinder and so on, not a single match for eBay.

On the Google Shopping tab that ISBN returned ZERO matches on the first page.

It's important to realize that almost everywhere online no two people will see the exact same search results. To get the best idea of what the average person would see you might need to a) not be logged in (including Google log-in), b) cleared all cookies, c) use a VPN so you are not Geo-profiled.

I did not use the Google shopping tab. I just googled the ISBN, in Google search tab. It's still there. Second one to the right on very top of  google sponsored listings. It only has 15 views. It is a wonderful book but alas the chances of it selling are not that great as it is a highly specialized study. I had some of my friends Google the ISBN also from there phones. Same thing. It's there. But for Google shopping, IDK. I will have to mess around later as there is Major snow outside and my van won't start....
