Is there any where to report the issues with offsite ads? The issues are numerous and even dangerous. My main two concerns is that 1. Google only shows my ended listings since I enrolled in the program and the Ad campaign will continue, even if the listings are ended ( either through selling out or manually ended).
At one point, my long running campaign only contained ended listings and none of my current ones-every search result hit had one of my ended listings at the top of the first page and no current listing. An eBay ad rep told me to end that campaign and start over, which leads to my SECOND major issue: The "learning period" and strong suggestion of using a continuous campaign is in contradiction of the first major issue. the last two campaigns I had started charged 3 times the daily limit after only one day of being live. I believe this due to the inherent risk in per click ads for traditionally "good listing titles" Any item with Sony, Samsung, Apple, etc. will rack up huge clicks from non buyers looking for a related item. This causes fees to balloon.
