How do I send offers to watchers of my active items?

Sending offers to watchers (also adding 'best offer')

I liked 2 items this morning and the sellers sent immediate offers to me. I want to be able to do that when someone likes my items

The option to send offer is not in my dropdown list next to the active items

OK. I guess I'm not eligible to do so because there is nothing under tasks but add recommended item specifics. But thank-you!!

Some watchers are not interested in buying the item or receiving offers and they can opt out of receiving them.
