First, I do know from reading on here daily, that some sellers do not like us "useless followers" ;). (I HAVE purchased several items I've followed for a period, if this bothers some that I keep items in my watch list vs. buying right away. Also, I purchase on our account we've had since the late 90's, not this one.)
However, now I AM considering not watching anything, as I cannot turn the receive offers off!
Does anyone know how to turn the notifications off with the whole new system (my entire experience, everywhere on eBay is different this year)?
These notifications were off for year; however, when eBay changed everything to what I refer to as "cartoonish", nothing is working to discontinue them. I've checked, unchecked, saving after these checking/uncheckings; tried several browsers (Opera, Brave, Firefox, Edge)....any other ideas? Thanks in advance for any insight.

Just to confirm, 'offer to buyers' is not checked off under buying activity?

If it is not checked off and you are still getting offers, I'm not sure what to suggest.

Sellers do not like or dislike followers. Some put more stock in the fact someone is "following" an item without knowing the reason. Sellers should just ignore followers since it means nothing when it comes to sales. If you are watching or following an item what is the big deal with receiving offers? Can't you just ignore them? Ebay does not tell us who receives our offers or why. They just suggest "send offers" and they send the offers if we plug in an amount. If receiving offers is such a big deal, yes, unfollow or stop watching.

Correct, it is unchecked.
That is what I've checked/unchecked and saved after each change to try to get it to "stick". Tried the selecting all as well.
This kind of malfunction (and eBay's ridiculous "we're giving you 10% off of watches $2K and up" or "10% off a $300 purse email ;)) are getting on my nerves these last few months.
Thanks for replying and linking that as a suggestion in case I didn't try that.

You're right. We generally only spent $2-3K total a year here, anyway. Thank you for the insight/reply. I appreciate your time.
