Sellers, as we've discussed a lot here, can send an offer to watcher(s) and the eBay ID(s) is not displayed But....
….until last week, the offer simply timed out if the member didn't accept or make a counter-offer.
But suddenly, if the buyer doesn't respond to the offer, the seller gets an incoming message from eBay saying that the offer was declined, and displays the eBay ID in the message.
That's not going to please watchers when they find out!

Sounds like the next seller update might be quite 'interesting'.

Also, you can get/send offers even if there was/is no watcher, but someone viewed the item (I got one).

Weirdly, I just got notices of a half-dozen "rejected" offers... where the buyer apparently bought the items at full price?
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Hi @dtexley3, we are working to turn these email notifications to sellers off, meaning we will stop sending them out. I don't have an exact time frame, but they should be turned off soon.
