For the past few weeks, I would get the normal send offers on items that qualify for an offer, either on desktop or mobile app. But in some instances, when I enter in my offer details and go to send, the system would leave one offer and then say - on the mobile app - no interested buyers, offer cannot be sent. On desktop it will just keep that item under the offers to send area in seller hub.
Has anyone else experienced this? Any input would be greatful to keep my seller hub up to date.
