I have watched items and have gotten reduced offers from the seller. As a seller how domI send an offer offer to a watcher.

There's some information towards the bottom of this page. I guess some items are not eligible for sending offers to watchers.

In sellers hub there is a line under TASKS that tell you how many of your items you cane send offers for. You just click on it.

 

Or on top of listings page (also in seller hub) click on: "send offers - eligible". It will show you which ones you can send for.
